Hobbies/Interests:
Who has time for hobbies when you have your own business???  But remember, you are asking me this at the height of tax
season!!!

Obviously, anything that has to do with the snow.......skiing, snow machining, hiking, ice fishing, etc.
When it's really cold......reading, movies.
Favorite high school memories:
Honest, down-to-earth friends who knew how to have fun but managed to stay out of trouble.  Being able to attend a high school without threat of violence, gangs, drugs, etc.  Wish I could provide Rolla's schools to my children now, although I realize that it may have all changed in twenty years.

The day Paul Meek and Ed Beecher shaved their heads.

Talent Day when Alan Whitaker and Mike Lewis (who was the third?) rocked us to RUSH!

What have you been up to since high school?:
Well, I tried the big city of Dallas real soon after graduating, but couldn't handle it and moved up here with my parents the Fall
of 1983 when Dad got a job at the university.  Did some college in Dallas, did some college here, never actually got a degree. Instead, got a job at the Post Office making exorbitant amounts of money for a 20 year old.  Married in 1987, had two wonderful boys, then divorced in 1993.  I am happily single now!  After 12 years at the Post Office, I started dreaming of bringing machine guns to work (that's sort of a joke), so knew it was time to leave.  Started my own bookkeeping business in 2000 and it's doing entirely too well......I hardly have time for anything else!  I don't do much traveling any more although I make a lot of trips to Mexico and Hawaii as it is cheaper to fly there than any other place in the "Lower 48".  Nobody in Alaska plans on staying here, it just seems to happen.  I've now been in Fairbanks longer than I lived in Rolla!

Words of  wisdom:
We didn't know how good we had it, did we???
Anything else significant you would like to share:
Greg Peterson is the ONLY one who has EVER come up to visit me!!!  You guys gotta come up and see this place.  Always welcome to stay with me.  Remember, this is called the Land of the Midnight Sun, as we get 20 hours of daylight all summer long.  (And it gets in the 80's and 90's in case you thought we all lived in igloos)  So......come see me!!!
