What have you been up to since high school?:
After leaving high school I attended UMR for a couple of years, but came to the realization that wasn't really for me. While recovering from a motorcycle accident I had some time to figure out where I was going with my life. I got married and joined the Army. I owe a lot to my time in the military. It gave the the drive and discipline that I needed to get where I am today. During my 10 years in the army I spent time in Washington state, 3 fantastic years in Italy (which were fantastic. I wish I could have stayed there longer) where both of my sons were born, and then finally here at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. My army career was cut short by a back injury, which left me out of the army and having to figure out what to do with my life. During all the time after leaving high school I continued to develop my hobby of computers, and I continued teaching myself as much about them as I could. After leaving the military I decided to turn my hobby into a business. I opened a computer shop, which I run with my current wife. She does most of the PC repair, while I concentrate on developing and maintaining networks for my clients. I have never been happier. Myself, my current wife Kim, and my youngest son Chris all enjoy a very good life here in Lawton, Ok.
Words of  wisdom:
It's not about the job, the money, or the stuff you have. It's all about doing what you enjoy in life. Take some time and enjoy the gifts that you have in your life.
