What have you been up to since high school?:
On July 11, 1982 I married my high school sweat heart.20 years of marriage this month. Doesn't seem like its been that long.  In January, 1983 Jeremiah was born. In 1985 Jessica was born. In 1988 we moved to Phoenix, AZ. Shortly after we arrived I went to work at Home Depot. Were I spent 8 years handling their defective merchadise. I traveled to Canada, Georgia, California and Tennesse opening new stores for the company. We lived a year and a half in Nashville, TN (we really like it there). Moved back to Phoenix where I opened 2 more Home Depot stores. In 1996 it was time for a change. I went to real estate school and was soon selling homes. About 2 years into this and my husband deceided to open our own archery shop. When we first opened we just specialized in archery. The name of our business was Whitetail Archery & Pro Shop. February of this year we moved into a huge building with double the selling area that we had before and a huge archery range. We changed the name to Whitetail Oudoors and now carry
along with archery, muzzleloaders and accessories, all kinds of hunting equipment and just starting into fishing equipment. Owning our own business is terrific. My husband and I each put in about 90 hours a week so we don't have much time for anything else but the best thing is that Jeremiah and Jessie are right there with us. Jeremiah will be attending Glendale Community College this fall and wants to pursure a career in archery. He is currently shooting the Pro Circuit of ASA & IBO. He holds 5 world records and a National Championship in target competition. Jessie is very good at archery as well, but being 16 she would rather be chasing boys. We also own our own archery club called Western Bowhunters Association. We put on 3D shoots during the summer up in the mountains where it is cool. Phoenix during the summer is way to hot! When Jessie graduates in 2 years we are planning to move back to the midwest with our business. We miss the slower pace of life.

Children & ages:
Serena 2 1/2 Years Old, Mikayla 4 Months Old
Occupation:
Landscape Business Owner, CranioSacral Therapist
Hobbies/Interests:
Fishing, Canoeing, Snow Skiing
Favorite high school memories:
4am breakfasts at the "Awful House" after work.  Running around having a good time without the responsibility.  Having time to do everything or at least seem like it.  Time just seems to be getting in shorter and shorter supply.
What have you been up to since high school?:
Graduated from SMSU with BS in Business in 87.  Married to Jennifer Johnson in Sept. 97.  Just listed our house up for sale and will start construction on new home when weather permits.  We both love the country life and want our girls to experience the same.  We both love to travel but I'm getting to be more of a homebody.  I never realized how big of a U-haul we would need to transport two kids and a wife.  That makes staying at home much easier.  In 94 I went to massage shool and became nationally certified.  In 95 I began my training in Craniosacral Therapy and now have a practice close to St. Johns in Springfield.  I practice this 1 day a week and continue to operate my landscape business 4 days a week.
Words of  wisdom:
Money management should become mandatory if it isn't already for kids graduating from school today.  They should be learning proper use of a credit card, income to debt spending, paying bills, etc.  After teaching a class in  money management I have come to the realization that living paycheck to paycheck then filing bankruptcy should not be considered a normal process of life.

Occupation:

Hobbies/Interests:
Love to go camping or just hang out at the lake.  Most of our free time is spent going to dance competitions or basketball games...playing "taxi" to our girl's social life
Favorite high school memories:
Just "hanging out" at Cross Country or track meets.
What have you been up to since high school?:
After graduation, I attended and graduated from SMSU in Springfield with a degree in Graphic Design and Fine Arts.  I swore I'd never stay in Springfield, but immediately went to work at Sweetheart Cup Company in their art department, which is where I was introduced to my husband, David.  We married in 1988, and had our first daughter in 1990.  Our second, and most "challenging" daughter was born in 1994.  We had a (brief) divorce in 1994, but got back together in 2000 and remarried in October 2001.  Our girls were soooo excited as they got to stand up with us.  In 1995, I was offered a management position at ViaTech where I'm over the art department, as well as the printing department.  I love what I do!!  My husband, David, owns his own business, which makes all of our printing plates.
Since college graduation, I have had to have 13 knees surgeries, basically from such severe arthritis set in my knees.  (Probably from all the miles put on in track and cross country!)  In the year 2001, I had to have both knees totally replaced with the new 20 year metal joint!  Now I'm bionic!!  Rehab has been slow, although I should be ready to go for our reunion!
Most of our time is spent carting our oldest to all her dance practices and competitions, as well as basketball games.  Her favorite thing is school, and we have her enrolled in a "Gifted" program...Our youngest is just worried about  boys and if her "glitter" matches her outfit!   We're gonna be in trouble with this one!  It's amazing (scary) how fast they grow up though.
